„Minimum time of 0.5 hours“ means that even if a session at the spectrometer was shorter than 30 minutes, then the customer will still be charged for 0.50 hours. Longer sessions can be counted with an accuracy of 0.01 hours. „Minimum time of 1.0 hours“ means that even if a session at the spectrometer was shorter than 60 minutes, then the customer will still be charged for 1.00 hours.

Possible extra delivery costs can be added to the prices of consumables (delivery from our suppliers to the Tartu NMR analysis laboratory), and additionally university's surcharge of +25% and VAT +20% will be added.

Changing of/to the cryoprobe requires a prior booking for at least 24 hours (the beginning and end have to be on the business hours), which includes warming/cooling of the cryoprobe (~ 2.5-3.5 hours), installation and testing of the new probe (~ 2-3 hours) and finally installation of the previous probe to the magnet (~ 2-3 hours); extra charge for labor costs of the Tartu NMR analysis laboratory's employee will be added.
